This is the last chapter that chronicles Hitler’s early life. Here, we see Hitler’s experiences in WWI and how he develops his belief that Germany was “stabbed in the back”. From this chapter onwards, is the real meat of Mein Kampf, where Adolf Hitler returns from war and begins the creation of the Nazi party.

This is chapter 2 of Mein Kampf. It features Hitler’s young adulthood, where he fails to become an artist, where he gets exposed to anti-Semitic ideas through books and pamphlets, and ends with the beginning of World War I.

Definition of “fascism”

It is interesting to see how people have easily forgotten, not only our history, but the definition of old concepts. Today fascism and (in the USA) socialism have taken an almost mythical status. Uttering those words makes one only think of the powerful imagery or atrocities these terms are associated with. Today, some have even begun using the word “fascialism”.
While that might seem humorous to some, these things show that we have forgotten what these terms meant today, and more importantly why these political movements came about. Only 20 years ago, Yugoslavia experienced a war where entire ethnic groups were targeted for extermination. Today, we are seeing more and more frustration with the government and the political process. A gap between the rich and poor is growing larger, while unemployment lingers at a high level. A generation of college graduates are unable to find jobs and future, while the elderly and workers now see their own governments threatening to cut them off. Whatever your political alignments are, the greatest fear one should have is of extremism rising up again and threatening our liberal institutions.

Kami no Shizuku/The Tears of God ch.28 (ENG) =Imari+Nemesis=
Shizuku and Miyabi end up going to her old neighbourhood to visit a wine shop. She went to school with the twin brothers who run it, but they’re an odd couple. Pretty interesting seeing two approaches to a wine business. I suspect most of us can probably relate to the cheap wine shop more. I wish I could afford nice wine, but I barely have enough money to rub together.
(C79) [Himura Nyuugyou (Himura Kiseki)] Yuuzai Shouko Bukken Nigou
This is a light hearted spinoff of “Sword Dancers” (which itself is just a spinoff of Fate/Stay Night). Light hearted comedy, laced with “You gonna get raped” moments.

We’re getting back into the French vs. Italian wine competition now. Shizuku is being a lazy bugger, but the boss buys him the weekend. They decide that they want a Burgundy for their second wine, but Burgundies are traditionally not cheap. How will they find one within budget?
